Your satisfaction with your purchase is my goal, however, there are some things to keep in mind before asking for a return. I use a more organic approach when creating & making items. It’s part of my natural style as an artist and imperfections are expected and part of the personality of each piece I create. I also use re-purposed and recycled materials when possible to reinvent them into a new one-of-a-kind piece. If you are looking for precise perfection my products may not be a good fit for you.
If you still feel you need to return an item or ask for a refund both are accepted no later than 14 calendar days of purchase, some exclusions may apply for international customers. Store credit will be given for the purchase price of the original item that can be used towards your next purchase. Refunds will be for the purchase price of the item listed only. You will be responsible for returning and paying for the return shipping on the purchased item. No refunds are given on shipping.
Once your shipment leaves the studio and is physically mailed to you I have no control over delays that may happen to cause your purchased items to be delayed. I ship via United States Parcel Service (U.S.P.S.) most of the time and have had no problems with this service. I also use UPS (United Parcel Service) when needed.
Virtual Learning Classes & Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of the online classes and/or instant digital downloads, No refunds are offered. Once you purchase the class and/or digital download the sale is final.
