Your satisfaction with your purchase is my goal, however, there are some things to keep in mind before asking for a return. I use a more organic approach when creating & making items. It’s part of my natural style as an artist and imperfections are expected and part of the personality of each piece I create. I also use re-purposed and recycled materials when possible to reinvent them into a new one-of-a-kind piece. If you are looking for precise perfection my products may not be a good fit for you.
Returns:
Refunds are issued in the form of store credit no later than 14 calendar days of purchase; some exclusion may apply for international customers and on a case-by-case basis. Store credit will be given for the purchase price of the original item only that can be used towards your next purchase. Refunds will be for the purchase price of the item listed when purchased. You will be responsible for returning and paying for the return shipping on the purchased item. No refunds are given on shipping. The purchased item(s) must be returned in order to issue a store credit.
Refund Policy for Online, Demos, Tutorials & Digital Downloads:
Due to the nature of instant access to paid classes, demos, tutorials, or any other printable digital downloads in the shop, ALL sales are final. No refunds will be given.

Shipping:
We currently ship physical goods to Canada and the United States. Each order is packed with love, so please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and shipped. You will receive a notification when your order is on the way with the tracking# if available. Orders are shipped via USPS.
Payment:
Printable Digital Downloads are delivered via a link once payment has been processed and marked paid. The download link expires for digital goods in 24 hours so be sure to download your purchase right away. We accept all major credit cards through PayPal and Square. Note that all prices on our site are listed in USD.
