What Does Lady Peacock Convey

Lady Peacock comes from a faraway land where the savanna meets the rainforest and where she is the keeper of the peafowl. The savanna holds many seeds of life and the forest is lush and vibrant with music and majesty. She tends to each brood of hatchlings every month in the dense woodlands when they are born, keeping and protecting them from harm as they grow and become the voices of the rainforest. She blesses each peafowl daily with her blue rose which carries in it the qualities of vision, royalty, spirituality, awakening, love, refinement, and renewal. Lady Peacock also conveys her nobility, protection, holiness, and guidance to all she encounters. Reminding each of us of our own integrity and beauty we can achieve when we strive to be our true authentic self while being ever watchful of our encounters along our path.

Lady Peacock is 11×14 mixed media on smooth bristol. I used Prismacolor colored pencils, gelly roll pen, watercolor, white-out pen, black fine line Posca pen, acrylic, and decoupage glue under her hair for texture.
